We use only premium whole cashew nuts, and plenty of them, slow-cooked and pressed into the classic thin diamond shape and topped with edible silver leaf (vark). Each piece is smooth, yielding and simply melts in your mouth. No fillers. No blending in cheap ingredients to bulk it out. Just cashews, sugar and silver leaf, made the way it should be.
