Boondi or Bundi Ladoo are a cluster of tiny balls of sweetness, dusted with pistachio nuts, waiting to burst onto your tongue. Made using a rich mixture of gram flour, sugar and butter ghee, the whole mix is cooked carefully in a sweet syrup. They're one of the most beloved sweets at any celebration — from Diwali to weddings to everyday treats. Each ladoo is made fresh at our Belgrave Road kitchen using the same recipe we've followed since 1973. No factory shortcuts. Just proper, hand-rolled mithai.
