Delivery Information
At Sharmilee, we take pride in preparing fresh Indian sweets, savouries, and vegetarian products for customers across the UK. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our Leicester kitchen to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.
UK Delivery Schedule
We dispatch orders Tuesday to Thursday using trusted courier services including Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
Order Before 1pm for Next-Day Delivery
Place your order before 1:00pm and receive delivery on the next available delivery day.

Please note that we are closed on Mondays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next available dispatch day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Using your tracking number, you can:
- Track your parcel online
- Request delivery to a neighbour
- Choose a safe place
- Rearrange delivery if required
We strongly recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel, as many of our products are fresh and perishable.
Freshness & Packaging
All sweets, savouries, and catering items are freshly prepared by our experienced team in Leicester.
Every order is carefully packed for transport to help maintain freshness and presentation during transit. Due to the handmade nature of traditional Indian sweets and snacks, some products may be delicate and minor breakages can occasionally occur during delivery.
While we cannot guarantee every item will arrive completely breakage-free, we take every possible precaution to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail or Parcelforce may leave a calling card or provide alternative delivery options.
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection from the local depot. We cannot accept responsibility for products that become unsuitable due to delayed collection or failed delivery attempts.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery may be available upon request for certain postcodes.

Standard UK Delivery
- Up to 20kg: From £6.50
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
Additional delivery charges may apply to:
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Other remote UK locations

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care when preparing and packing every order. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Photographs where possible
We will review the issue and arrange a suitable replacement, refund, or credit where appropriate.
