Ghari is a celebratory sweet from Surat(Gujarat), traditionally made during the festival of Chandi Padvo. Our version follows the classic recipe — a thick, flaky wheat crust filled with a rich, sweetened mawa (khoya) and dry fruit filling. Dense, indulgent and very special. If you're from Gujarat or have Surati roots, Ghari brings an immediate sense of home and celebration.
